What does it mean if the condition of an item is described as "excellent"?
Items described as "excellent" are completely free from damage and significant manufacturing flaws. Any damage or manufacturing flaws will always be noted.
I looked on the website the other day and the prices in $ US were different to those today. Why is this?
I price all items on the website in pounds sterling, with the prices converted to other currencies using current exchange rates. This saves having to specify prices in 6 different currencies for each item (which would be a nightmare). The exchange rates I use are automatically updated on a daily basis, so if your chosen currency is not pounds sterling, the price of an item you see one day is likely to differ very slightly from the price the next day. Hint: choose a day when the exchange rate works in your favour!
What does it mean if an item is marked as "reserved"?
An item marked as reserved is no longer available to purchase because it's in someone's basket (perhaps yours!)
An item I've just ordered shows up as still available. Why is this?
No need to worry. I just have another of this item.
Is the item in the photo the actual item I will receive?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. However, in cases where I have multiple identical items and there is no significant difference in appearance between each of them, I have used a single generic photo to cover all instances (in which case the difference probably won't be noticeable anyway).
Do I still have to email you to check on availability of items?
There's no longer any need to email me before placing an order. All items featured on the website are available to purchase, unless they're marked as "reserved" or "sold".
Can I just email you my order like I used to in the past?
If you'd rather email your order, that's fine.
What is your returns policy?
It's very rare for a customer to be unhappy with an item, but in the event that you would like to return a purchase, you can do so with no quibble within 7 days of receipt. Please email me if you'd like to do this. Once the item has been received back, I will refund the purchase price in full, minus the postage cost.

Sorry, no. If you're auctioning something on eBay you need to use a photo of the exact item you're selling.
Can you value my Wade for me?
I'm happy to value your item for you if you want to email me. It's probably best to send a picture of the item, or failing that a detailed description (it's impossible to value an item if all I'm told is that it's a small figure of a dog!) Bear in mind that I do get a lot of requests for valuations so may not reply immediately.
How long did it take you to build the website?
Too long! About 3 months in total, working on it a few hours each day. Most of this time was spent figuring out how to get the code to do the things I wanted it to, but taking the photos and creating the inventory also took a fair chunk of time.
