How to order

Placing your order

Placing an order is as simple as adding items to your basket and then checking out. Thanks to recent updates to the website, you can now order directly from the website with no need to email beforehand to check on availability of items.

Payment options

The following payment options are available at checkout:

• Paypal: Available to all customers. Paypal accepts credit and debit cards, and will process the payment on behalf of benswade.co.uk.
  
  
• Cheque: Available to customers paying in pounds sterling only. Cheques must be received within 5 days of the order being placed. Once the cheque has cleared, your order will be posted.

Delivery options

I can post items to pretty much any address in the world. For delivery options and rates, click here.

Dispatch time

The vast majority of orders are posted out within 3 days of the order being received. If dispatch is expected to take longer than this, I will email to let you know.

Discount codes

I like to reward repeat customers, so if you order regularly at benswade.co.uk, you'll probably find yourself the recipient of a discount code or two. Discount codes save you money on your next order and can be entered at checkout. Each discount code has a set value and minimum spend amount (for example, spend over £50 and save £10). Each discount voucher is linked to the email address of the recipient, and is not transferable.
